Leeds Senior Center Update

Great News! Our Senior Art Exhibit at the Leeds Art Center has been extended through the end of June. So, everyone still has several opportunities to stop in and view our paintings. Also, check out our web page to see what happens when you combine the use of a hair dryer with paint and canvas. You’ll be surprised.

May is galloping on, and it’s already time for our May birthday party. Remember, an RSVP is required for this day. It is always a fun time!

Planning ahead – the Senior Center will be closed Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.

Here’s our schedule for the week of May 23 – May 26, 2022

Monday, May 23 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Bible Study (12:15) – The Gospel of John

Tuesday, May 24 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

VOTING DAY - SENIORS WILL MEET FOR GAMES IN THE LARGE LOBBY AREA OF THE CIVIC CENTER

• Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Let the games continue

Wednesday, May 25 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person

• Line Dancing – 12:30 (a fun time is had by all)

Thursday, May 26 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – MAY BIRTHDAY PARTY

• MAY BIRTHDAY PARTY – RSVP is required
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person - RSVP is required
