Leeds Senior Center Update

New York City, Chicago, Boston, Pittsburg and Savannah are all known cities for their large St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. The Leeds Senior Center will be competing against these cities as we celebrate our March birthdays AND St. Patrick’s Day this Thursday. It’s going to be a four-leaf clover kind of day! Rumor has it that there will even be some dancing.

Our clocks have sprung forward, and hopefully we’ve seen the last cold snap. So, it’s a great time to come check out the Senior Center.

 

Here’s our schedule for the week of March 14 – March 18, 2022

Monday, March 14 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Bible Study (12:15) – The Gospel of John

Tuesday, March 15 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• *Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Let the games continue

Wednesday, March 16 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person

• Line Dancing – 12:30 (we are improving every Wednesday)

Thursday, March 17 – It’s Birthday Day! And St. Patrick’s Day

• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person RSVP is required
• We will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and all our March Birthdays
