Many minor violations may be settled prior to the court date by payment of a fine in compliance with the established approved fee schedule. If the fine is paid prior to the court date, a court appearance is not required. Payment for non court required citations are accepted until 5:00 pm on the day before your scheduled court date. If you wish to contest a ticket, YOU MUST APPEAR in court.
